There is absolutely nothing I want to change about this monitor! The video and sound are really high quality and I really like the white noise silencer feature. It works wonders to improve our sleep quality.
Last but not least, the customer service team at bebcare is lovely and has been so so helpful throughout our ownership history. This has been working flawlessly in our nursery. I even added two more cams to the monitor so that I can watch the second nursery as well as the study room.
The monitor uses USB C and is exactly the same as my iphone, so it's a nice convenient design feature because I don't need to carry around with me chargers just for this monitor.

The monitor alerts me if my baby is making noise or moving around. Otherwise, it has the ability to stay complete quiet. Even the screen automatically turns on or off based on activity. I think this is a really amazing feature to have. Total silence and lack of interruption unless needed
